This is a website I have created to showcase the growing popularity of country pursuits in England. This is an insight to a beginners journey of learning the traditional and modern methods of pest control and field sports. I will constantly be updating this website with my experiences and adventures in the hope that I can share the knowledge that I have been given, and tips I have learnt along the way.
On this website you will find all the information you will need to start your country sport, from a step by step guide to your licence and downloadable application forms, to collecting, gutting and cooking your quarry.

I have found that there are many useful groups clubs etc out there to help you with your sport one that i have come accross recently is FMWTC or better known as the Fell Moorland Working Terrier Club for ten pound you can join this club, and if for some unknown reason your terrier should come in to difficulty in the field they are just one call away from helping you and your terrier out of a sticky situation. for more information on FMWTC go to our usefull links page.
